I believe, there are 3 factors or parameters which should be kept in mind while deciding for a good Antivirus product for use in Business Environments, which are as follows:

1. Performance (system resources consumption and system functionality)
2. Effective Protection.
3. Low False Positives.

Regarding the 'Cost' factor, it is dynamic in nature and you should not make this your prime or chief factor while choosing any Security product for any Business Environment or Organization.
