How can I convert a MS Word document into a PDF?

Dear friends,

Please follow the simple steps:

Open your desired Text document in MS Word;
Go to Office button or File Menu;
Now, select ‘Save as’ and a dialog box will open like illustrated below and you have to give a name to your file and from the file type dropdown list select ‘PDF’
Now, select your desired location where you would like to save your PDF file and click on the ‘Save’ button to save your text document as PDF.
